We are able to take checks and cash, and are able to take reservations. Deposits for reservations are $35.00 for a 1 night stay, $50.00 for a week stay, and $150.00 for a monthly stay. When you arrive, this will be put toward your stay. If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your planned stay. If you do not show up, or call to make other arrangements, your deposit will not be refunded. We also have "boondocking" availability ($12.00/night).  Please call for more information.

Rates are:   $40.00 per night (all inclusive)        $200.00, plus electric, per week                                                                                                                           $400.00, plus electric, per month ($50.00 per additional person per month)                                                                                                          

                  All of the above include water, sewer, and trash
